By accessing or using Recall (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Recall is an AI-powered productivity application that helps users manage tasks, set reminders, and improve their productivity through intelligent scheduling and insights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
  • Use the App for any commercial purposes without our consent
  • Collect or harvest user data without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Recall and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • Prices may change with notice to subscribers

7. AI Features and Limitations

Our AI-powered features are designed to assist with productivity but:

  • AI suggestions are recommendations only and should not replace professional advice
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-suggested actions
  • AI features may be updated or changed to improve performance

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recall operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
